Conforming Fixed-Rate Products
Up to a loan amount of $701,500 in San Diego County
30 year, 20 year, 15 year and 10 year. We can provide custom loan terms to match the borrower’s needs.
Conforming Variable Rate Products
With variable-rate loans you can set a fixed rate for a predetermined period of time, then when that is complete your rate can change annually until the loan is paid off. We offer 3/1 ARM, 5/1 ARM, 7/1 ARM, and 10/1 ARM
Jumbo Loan Products
Loan amounts above $701,500 are available in both fixed-rate and variable rates.

FHA Loans
